Most people would describe Kou as a friendly and outgoing person who's overall good fun to be around. She can party and Joke with the best of them, and she never stops. She might be small, but this woman has got the energetic capacity of a race horse. She will make friends with just about anyone as long as they treat her right. She really cares about her friends and, will do just about anything for them with a smile on her face.
If you tick her off or for some reason she doesn't like you, or even if she does and you do something stupid, she'll speak with lots of sarcasm. She's clever and grew up around two older brothers who loved to taunt and tease her, so she doesn't put of with stupidity or crap.
Kou does NOT like being told what to do. If you tell her to do something she doesn't like or disagrees with, she will adamantly refuse unless you give her a good reason or she doesn't have a choice. Same with foods or activities. She can be a pit picky, and if she doesn't wanna do it or eat it, she doesn't do or eat it.
She's usually pretty confident and her bubbly nature helps with that, but sometimes, she gets a bit self-concious about her size. Most people told her she could't be a hero because she's so small, and if she looses or doesn't do as well because ofher lack of physical strength, she starts to feel down. She'll keep smiling, but her eyes loose their energetic sparkle and she stares down at the ground a lot.

This quirk allows Kou to turn her body and items/clothes on her person into Mist and return to normal.

+ This quirk makes it easy for her to dodge physical attacks on the fly.
+ She doesn't have a specific time limit for how long she can stay mist.
+ She can get into places most can't go without getting spotted.
+ Works well in tandem with her Martial Arts Training.
+ She can use it to switch to her hero suit in seconds.
+SHe's gotten fast at transforming, which is useful when she's fighting and outnumbered.
- Disadvantage:
- She can only take so much clothing, equipment with her. She's already at her limit with her hero suit.
- She can only move when she is in her mist form.SHe must revert to do anything.
- She must have a direct airline to travel from place to place.
- Sne needs to drink a lot of water. If she ever gets dehydrated, she will lose her ability to transform for long, if at all.
- She cannot transform in fires or where it is extremely hot, because she'll start evaporating.
- She has to hav enough room to revert. IF she's trapped in say, a air tight jar or something, she'll be forced to stay as mist until the jar is opened.
Moves:
Downpour-
She vanishes, only to appear above her enemies, She falls down on them and uses her electrified tonfa to either strike them in the head or to hold the electricity on them like a tazer.
Blow Through-
She intentionally allows an enemy to attack her then vanishes just before a blow lands so that it goes through her and strikes her attackers allies.
Special Defensive Move: Momentum Mist-
She can transform with a certian amount of momentum, depending on her body poisition, so she can use this to grab her friends and pust them out of her way.

Kou is a master of the Chinese Martial art Gōjū-ryū, which she learned from a chinese man who moved to Japan many years ago. It is what she uses to harness the fullest abilities of her Tonfa.
