Started on Jan. 29 and "finished" on Feb. 9, 2009.
First (and probably only) fan art that I have done.

Things to consider:
1) My shading/colouring is really bad.
2) My scanner uses too much light - the white background on the right is supposed to be lightly coloured
3) I don't really draw/colour.
4) The basis for this is from the beginning of chapter 208 from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles by CLAMP. I copied/drew (not traced) the general picture, changed up a few feathers and added one of Sakura's feathers. Then I coloured it.
5) I wanted a ripple effect, so I wanted to distort the black mokona, but it was too much work and I was impatient.
6) It took nearly forever to get the black mokona dark enough.
7) You can look at my pathetic scrapbook to look at the process.
