"Hm?" Freya asked, still in her blissed-out stupor. "Did you say something, Eva?" Then she saw Evangelina's legs kicking from the vacuum, which had already pulled the girl in up to her belly. "Oh no! Eva!" Freya ran for her friend, as the device started sucking up the girl's hips.

"Alright girls, Phase 2!" Blair shouted. Her minions threw themselves in front of their leader, but Freya easily knocked them all aside. But she was running out of time: Evangelina's knees had just vanished into the vacuum.

"Give me back Eva!" Freya cried as she lunged for Blair.

"Nope," Blair replied. She merely stepped to the side, watching Freya crash and tumble in a heap. The club leader looked up at what little of Eva remained outside the vacuum, wearing a confident smirk. "Aaand, there." She pressed another button on the vacuum. To Freya's surprise, the device fell silent. Eva's bare feet still remained outside the tube, wiggling freely in the air.

"Huh?" was all Freya could say.

"What's with that look?" Blair asked, looking down on her opponent. "Confused why I didn't just suck her up all the way?"

"The thought crossed my mind," Freya replied. "Not that I'm complaining though." She watched Eva's toes wriggling, whether for a way out or to get some part of her on Blair, she couldn't say - either way it still gave her the warm fuzzies.

"Let's just say I have bigger plans for her." Blair tapped her prisoner's heels against her palm, as if the vacuum hose were a bat and she was getting ready to swing. She ran a finger down Eva's soles, making her prisoner's toes twitch. Freya knew better than anyone just how ticklish those pretty little feet were. Blair traced little circles on Evangelina's arches, prompting her feet to frantically shake, and sending her toes into wiggling fits. "My, my, this is pretty fun, even if we can't hear her giggles."

"I can hear them in my mind," Freya cooed.

"Yeah, I'm sure." Blair squeezed Eva's pinky toe, rolling it between her fingers like a marble. "But your not the only one who can't resist this troublemaker's tootsies, are you? Behold! Phase 3 of my master plan!" She quickly whipped out... a table and chairs. She sat down, resting the vacuum on her lap, setting the nozzle - and by extension, Evangelina's feet - on the table.

"I guess I'm supposed to be seeing something here," Freya said, "but I don't get it."

Blair chuckled. "Like I said, this is about the big picture. Today, I'm going to wipe out the entire Evangelina Fan Club, and the object of their affection is going to help me do it." The crazy girl started playing with Eva's toes again, causing them to twitch more. Freya was pretty sure this meant she was angry. "You know how obsessed they are with her," Blair continued. "They'd do anything to get to her. So I'm gonna let them have her - for a fee, that is."

She slammed a cardboard sign onto the table. It read "Tickles for Sale." "Now that I have Eva trapped, with her feet exposed, I'll charge her fans a small fortune for tickling sessions."

Two thoughts crossed Freya's mind. One, Blair was insane. Two, did she have enough money on her for a tickle session?

"Elisa won't be able to resist," Blair continued. "She'll pool all her club's money, and drive them into bankruptcy, blowing her entire fortune on tickling. Penniless, she won't even be able to afford tuition, and I'll swoop in and destroy them all! Nothing will stop me from making this school a rule-abiding institute once more!"

"Yeah, nothing but me!" Freya replied, rising to her feet, fingers curling into fists as she marched towards Blair.

"Do you really want to stop me?" Blair asked. Freya stopped. "You see," Blair went on, "I know you love tickling your precious mistress just as much as Elisa does, so I have an offer for you. Why don't you join me? If you look the other way for a while, I'll let you have all the free tickle sessions you could want, provided you let my other customers have their fair share, or course."

"I could tickle Eva all I want?" There was no way Freya could hide the smile breaking out across her face.

"Who's gonna stop you? Her?" Blair asked, poking the side of Eva's foot.

Freya didn't know how to respond. On the one hand, she really wanted to tickle those cute little feet. On the other hand...
