taken at hampton beachn50, bracketed exposure (640:1250:2500) at f6.3. combined in photomatrix -> tone mapping. just testing it and i think it came out pretty nice.

Absolutely! There's actually basic HDR functionality in Photoshop CS2, which does support a lot of RAW formats now. There's also a Photomatrix plugin for CS2 that would afford much of the same functionality as the program. Good luck!
