That made no sense for him to tickle the bubble! XD

The whole point is, he thought it was an extension of Green Lantern himself (he didn't correctly understand his powers like Batman thinks) so he thought he could tickle him. Green Lantern wasn't tickled obviously, but he was confused and that confusion didn't allow him to focus, so Deadpool was able to break out.
