A psychiatrist by day, Dr. Kenneth Marlowe posses the uncanny power of predicting the future in his dreams. Cladding himself in a red cape, green tights and a domino mask he fights to stop crimes before they could happen!
Billy was a daydreaming kiddo who entered in Dr. Marlow's dreams, becoming his sidekick.
