the message i absorb from this is that the girl has had so many plastic surgeries...its as if shes just a doll now. no longer a person ._. just made to look pretty and sit on a shelf.

Really reminds me of that Twilight Zone episode where a girl is told her plastic surgery still can't fix her 'ugly' face and then reveals she is super-beautidful but living in a paralell universe where the norm is what society currently considers ugly
