Name: Tenzan ("Heaven remnant").

Age: 25.

Height: 1.87m / 6ft 1.6inches.

Eye Colour: Dark brown (pearly white left eye due to infection).

Likes: Dignified duels.

Dislikes: Missiles and hidden weapons, people who USE missiles and hidden weapons, flashy moves, excessive speech, show-offs, the dark. (Wow he hates a lot of things.)

Weapons: His bo staff / katana (first as a staff, then as a katana if need be). He does have a few ju-jutsu moves up his sleeves in case of weapon-less and/or melee fights.

Style: His style is based on efficiency and least movements - no fake moves, no tricks, no wasted strikes. Due to his poor depth perception (if any at all), he is bad at long-range missile battles, and detests opponents that uses hidden weapons, preferring medium- to short-ranged attacks.

General: Tenzan hails from a low-status family and served as a warrior for a feudal lord. After the assassination of a certain enemy of his master (another feudal lord) four years ago and letting one of his targets loose intentionally due to sheer impulse, he hence had betrayed his master.

To keep things quiet he ran off after killing his partner for the mission, who was an expert in the use of toxins and diseases, and got his left eye infected in the process (amongst other damages). It can now only detect shadows in well-lit areas.

He joined the SDL in search of the one he let loose, for the fun of seeing what that person has become.

In terms of personality, he's a con and bit of a cynic. He's pretty selfish and would try to get what he wants through any means... except during duels. When it comes to that, he only accepts dignified duels (no drinking duels, for instance), doesn't respond to provocation (that is, he doesn't start a duel because he loses his temper), and duels mainly for information on the one he's after or for his own amusement.
