I don't even know.... How I did this.
It's still really ugly compared to other bg's but still. I had terrible shakes this morning and couldnt do straight lines so i decided to try and paint instead. I though, "Hm I should try to do a bg."

I DON'T do bg's on any sort of regular basis. Ive only done 2 digitally and like 1 with pencil and paper.

took me the whole freaking day. Photoshop cs5. @__@

The water looks so real. I swear I can hear it, could dip my feet into it. *A*
The shafts of light, the trees, the ground, everything...
I love the little touches of light everywhere. I love how you did the leaves; how small and numerous they are.
I could look at this all day.

I always want to produce a mental image- make it feel like you are there- when I write. Drawing it is always much easier said than done.
