Love this universe, personally I always play as the Ukrainian military so I thought I'd do a painting for my boys in camo.

Oh most certainly. There is this one part of SoC where you have to go inot a base within the Brainscorcher location, once you wake up from passing out, Monolith is everywhere, and you fight your way out.
The security service are supposed to arrive to fight the monolith and the player, but because I was allied with the Ecologists, the Ukrainians were neutral targets (yellow) to me. So The military was helping Me
Nothing made me happier than seeing Ukrainian Spetsnaz jogging over the hill to help me out. Best moment in the game for me.

Aah, heheh. Sad part is, the Soldiers leave you alone, but the BTR and Hind a.i do not
So i,had to blow a btr up with rifle grenades, and basically dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge the Hind gunships too. Don't get me started on the Monolith gauss snipers....
