Second time drawing this scene. Honeyfern and Poppyfrost were a last minute add. I was also gonna add Brokenstar in there but I couldn't find a good spot to put him... so imagine he's already disappeared or is somewhere infront of Breeze and Jay. I know in canon the moonpool is described as a small natural made quarry type thing with a small waterfall, but I've always pictured it as a cavern carved out by an ancient river that eventually dried up. The only remains of that river being the moonpool - kept full by run-off water by the mountains and rain water. The moon shines on the pool through a gap in the ceiling of the cavern.
