The idea for this originated from my girlfriend while she was playing TheSims for the Wii. One of the town's people had a fat stuffed animal rabbit in their homes, which my girlfriend liked.So, last week when I was in the ceramics studio putting the finishing touches on another sculpture (which I'll be uploading soon) I decided to make, as a joke, a really quick fat rabbit sculpture; which she got a kick out of.
For some reason or another I wrapped it up and kept it for next class to work on. And there you have it. One idea lead to another and my fat rabbit evolved into the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I plan to make a series of sculptures of characters from Alice in Wonderland and fairy tales and what not.
I've worked on it more since this picture was taken so I'll be uploading a more current picture eventually.
For those wondering about size its about a little over 7 inches high and about 8 and a half wide.

I'm using ceramic clay, its mostly used to make pottery. I always forget the name exactly.
