I don't think I've ever drawn Scourge before. ouoI imagine him with a brown collar or a red one. I don't know why everyone says he has a purple collar, when he's only appeared with a purple collar once and has had differently-colored collars in every single official illustration/picture...
ANYWAY.

since it's never mentioned in the books, it's up to the artists of the cover designs (including the one for the rise of scourge cover) to portray it however they like! uvu i personally love the ornate collar in the traditional chinese translation of the darkest hour~
