"What?" Blossom said shocked. "Have you told any teachers?"
"No, not exactly. I've asked EVERYONE if they've seen him but there's been no sign of him. What should I do?" Fionna panicked.
"Ok, calm down," Blossom tried to reassure her. "I'm sure he's fine. Maybe he went to go visit some of his relatives?"
"That's impossible. He only have one relative he's told me about and that's his mother. And she's in the Nightosphere."
"The Nightosphere?"
"Yeah, it's a place for demons and lost souls," Fionna said quickly. "Anyway - what do I do?! Have you guys seen him?!"
"Hold up. When last did you see him?" Fionna thought quickly, flapping her arms in a panic.
"Um, um, um . . . Ah! He was with Boomer! But I'd only caught a quick glimpse of them then they'd suddenly disappeared!" Blossom turned to Bubbles who looked up at her surprised.
"Do you think maybe Boomer . . .?"
"Of course not," Brick smiled and squeezed Bubbles' shoulder. "He wouldn't ever do something like that. Right Bubbles?"
"Yes . . .," she whispered.
"Yeah, Boomer didn't mention anything about Marshall anyway," Brick agreed. Fionna bit her lower lip.
"Um, ok," Fionna squeaked.
"Wait a second! Doesn't he have one of those metal wrist band thingys? Can't the head teacher track him?!" Blossom said perkily. Brick looked surprised and bit his lower lip. "I'm sure he's fine."
"You're right! I'l check it out immediately!" Fionna ran off.
"We should be heading to our dorm by now then," Blossom gave her a quick squeeze and continued on.
"I'll be there in a second. I'm just going to . . . check on something," Bubbles stated quietly.
"Ok, just don't take too long," Brick grinned and helped Blossom across the hallways.

Butch looked round the door to the samurai club. He particularly stared at Buttercup who was kicking and hitting. So far she'd beaten all ten of her opponents in near a minute. Butch smirked lightly. Unexpectedly, Princess came walking down the hallway and stopped in front of him. She looked into the room and spotted Buttercup then glared.
"So this is what you call 'research'?!" Princess bellowed. "You left me in the hallways because of our plan, and you think this is a part of it? Staring at our enemy awestruck?!"
"Chill, at least this way we'll be able to know here weaknesses and soft spots," Butch sniggered.
"Butch!" Princess squeaked. "This isn't funny!"
"I think it's kinda funny . . ."
"Look into my eyes and tell me your not falling for this girl," Princess stared up at him with her big shimmering eyeballs. Butch huffed and rolled his eyes then looked into hers.
"I'm . . . not falling for her," he said slowly, slightly hesitating.
"Thanks," Princess smiled. She leaned in and hugged him.
Buttercup looked up from her defeated opponent and around the room, people clapping. Then she caught a glimpse of Butch and Princess together. Holding hands and hugging. Her eyes grew large with surprise.
"What . . .?" she whispered to herself.
"Well done Buttercup," Mr Jack said. Buttercup looked over to him a little dazed. "You have exceptional skills. Maybe you'll be ready for the extreme hand to hand combat section soon."
"Thanks," she said a bit shaken. She looked quickly back over to the door and saw Butch and Princess had disappeared. "Was I hallucinating?" Mr Jack excuses everyone from the class and they all flood out. Buttercup walks out slowly also thinking to herself and finds Bubbles waiting outside for her.
"Hey Buttercup," he says quietly as they head to the dorms.
"Hi," Buttercup replies still in deep thoughts.
"Hard day too, huh?" Buttercup nodded. "I've got a lot on my mind too." No matter how desperately Bubbles wanted her to Buttercup didn't ask about it. "Brick . . . kissed me." Buttercup looked to her shocked.
"What?!"
"Oh, please don't tell her! She'll kill me for sure," Bubbles cried.
"How could he do that?"
"I-I don't know! And apparently Marshall's gone missing and Boomer was the last one with him." Buttercup thought hard.
"I'm starting not to trust these RRBs . . ." Buttercup mentioned still thinking about what she'd just saw. Bubbles didn't know what to say next. They walked to their dorm silently. When they got to the front door of their room they stopped and talked for a second.
"Erm, Blossom's been let out the nurse's office now . . ." Bubbles tried to lighten the mood.
"That's nice . . ." Buttercup whispered as they went through the door. They found Brick feeding Blossom a piece of cake.
"Her leg is broken, not her arms," Buttercup glared.
"Well, i think it's the boyfriendly thing to do," Brick smiled. Bubbles flinched.
"Tehehe . . . I guess I don't mind," Blossom giggled.

The next day Boomer walked up to Jenny, Cookie, Lizzie and Bubbles with two yellow tickets in his hand.
"Hey Bubbles, the RRBs and Blossom and |Buttercup are planning to go to the fair tomorrow. Want to tag along? I got you a ticket so please take it," Boomer said smiling. Bubbles slightly frowned. She looked up at him and stared deep into his eyes. Was he trust worthy anymore? After what happened, she didn't know what to believe. She hesitated, fingering the paper and eventually slipped it slowly and cautiously out his fingers.
"Thanks," she whispered. Boomer smiled and kissed the tip of he hair lightly and swaggered away. Jenny, Lizzie and Cookie leaned in to see the commotion.
"Hey! Wally and I are going there tomorrow too!" Cookie giggled. "Maybe we'll see you there."
"That's nice," Bubbles said less excited.

Brick stopped Boomer at the front of the classroom.
"You need to dismantle Marshall's tracking system," he said firmly.
"One step ahead of you," Boomer smirked and walked off.
