All we get are terrible rain storms and small floods.
Then our power goes out for half a day. Once it had to be out for an entire week.

During nor'easters, my power would go out for 2-3 hours max, but during the last rainstorm/mini-hurricane, I had to go 30 HOURSΒ without power.
