Okay, so what's going on right now is that Blaze and her family are on their way back home from a royal meeting. Blaze is only around 6 years old right now, and is riding in a ship back home. On her left in her father right there, named Facile. He taught her a lot about the Solian history, while her mother teaches her how to practice formality and Solian cultural requirements.
The next few pages will be her explaining a few things about her current life as they enter the castle into a feast to celebrate her coronation as princess that took place a week ago. Her powers are not from the gem, as it is entirely based off of Asian culture to where a princess wears it to show her authority, not flame abilities IRL, hahah.
It is also dead of winter, so they're wearing... more warm clothes, as you see on Blaze right now. Facile doesn't need warmer closes since he's older and his royal suit is enough.
