Well, I'd honestly hate it if Boom was the new "Good part of Sonic" because of the weird designs and just the settings overall.
This would then just make the actual main series into the place they throw the bad writing, which would make me angry...

Well, they use their own AU, which are pretty decent. But I'm talking about the actual universe.
Liyu does a lot of er... "Romance" writings, which the Sonic universe isn't about, and Gigi... I honestly don't know what she'd do with the canon if she were to make her own "canon" based series.
So yeah... not many people I trust with it...
