Description Hulka was created by Stan Lee and John Buscema in Savage She-Hulk # 1. Although the first issue had the official date on the cover February 1980, actually appeared on store shelves before Christmas 1979. Therefore, Hulka was possibly the last great creation posted by Stan Lee during his most prolific and critically acclaimed, '60s and '70s.
