Yeah, morning is the best time for photos like this.
I always find myself struggling to get up early enough
to go out and shoot XD. "Just five more minutes"

I was dragged out to a park by some morning-people, so that was my motivation. Morning and early evening have the best natural lighting though.

Well that certainly explains it. I need
to get somebody who is more of a morning
person to wake me up. Evening has
beautiful light as well... though I prefer
the morning, since there is a higher chance
of fog and it's ilk.

Fog and mist are definitely why I like morning best, although evening does give the sky some amazing colors.

Oh, but morning has brilliant colors too.
Sunrise is almost always stunning. Which
is why I need to do a shoot in the morning
sometime soon X3

I actually don't drink things with caffeine
in them, but that's okay XD I'll figure
something out. Last time I did a morning
shoot I just stayed up all night...

That might actually be the best way to do it. That way you could capture it from the very slightest hint of sun to the grand finale.

I was quite satisfied with the results last time I did.
It's sort of rewarding... Waiting all night for such
a fleeting moment. But I also almost passed out asleep
on my keyboard last time I did it... I was too sleepy.

Yeah... I would have to agree with that
I actually have a sleep disorder... So
staying up late is easy for me. But it
has it's consequences.

Nah... It's not too bad. I just have to take meds to reliably sleep.
It's not like I'm incapable... I can however skip my meds if I want
to stay up... But there's a massive rebound from interrupting the cycle
and I end up falling asleep randomly. A temporary form of narcolepsy.
But that's only if I skip my meds ^.^

So I guess you really, really don't need caffeine. The falling asleep randomly would be a little scary. Do you get tired at all?
