I want to start this critique by saying I absolutely adore this drawing. The intense and complementing colors really work well with the dynamic pose and feline features. The character's silhouette is very right and all the lines are placed thoughtfully. Overall, this piece is fantastic and most of what I have to say perhaps may be more personal critique, but I hope that you might find it useful in some regard.
The only real issues I see is with the hands and the nose. The hands are a bit smaller in comparison and somewhat too thin. I feel like the rest of your anatomy is very concrete and tight. The hands aren't bad by any means, but they are probably the weakest part of this portrait. The bridge of the nose is what takes me away from the face. Everything else is quite nice and composed, but the bridge lines are just a bit too intense. When I look at the rest of the piece, I see a character in a pose, but when I focus on the face, I see a drawing. It's not necessarily bad, but it takes me out of the illusion.
I also really, really love the shape of those eyebrows and I'm jealous.
The lines of this piece are very nice and I really do like them, but I feel they clash a bit with some of the other textures here. For example, her realistic fur patterns and shine on the gold bands and bracelets are excellent, but the heavy lineart really detracts from it. It hearkens back to what I said earlier about the bridge of the nose. I look at the bands and the fur and think "cat fur, gold bands", but the lineart pulls me back to thinking "this is a drawing".
The band on her head looks a little odd, as if it wouldn't really be sitting on her head securely since the hair doesn't necessarily interact with it. The hair would be pushed up or shaped by it, realistically.
In terms of color and shading execution, I think I like the hair the least. Blonde hair is hard to emulate, especially when it's contrasting with really vibrant gold accents, and here that really stands out. I feel like the hair should be a soft as her fur pattern is, but it looks so much more stiff and obviously painted because of the intense color contrast and line sharpness. I think the shape of the hair is also a bit more lacking. Perhaps add a few more parts to the hair, more breaks in it. I'd smooth out the shading a bit more, as well, and try to calm the intense line weight. Hair can very easily look clumpy because it's so detailed compared to everything else, but you do have a very good start here.
The only other thing I would like to point out, as far as what you could improve, would be the collar bone line. Unless she is really straining or flexing her neck, the collar bone line wouldn't be that intense. I would honestly remove the line and just use some deep shading to help emphasize it.
The shape of the arms from the wrist all the way to the armpits look absolutely amazing and anatomically perfect! The chest also has a very nice curve and adds to the overall gesture. All in all, the pose is truly the best part about this drawing!

To be honest, I've been thinking for a while now about my lines and render. I do like how they turn out, but I also feel that they don't work so well together. Guess I'll have to experiment with this render but thinner lines (or without them at all) and these lines but different render
Hair honestly was the pain in this piece, I'll follow your advice and will try to paint them more softly in the next piece
