My pony OC (:

She is a unicorn with very weak controlled magic, but if you'll piss her off, you risk to turn into an ice sculpture. And even she'll regret this, there is nothing she can do about it, and there is something really sad in her past connected with it. So Icy just tries to stay calm and to don't go to conflicts if possible.
But her cutiemark not about freezing ponies, she creates snowflakes designs for pegasi (:
Also if she tries really hard, she can create something beautiful out of ice, like this stained-glass .
But to do it she needs negative emotions to power her magic and it's kind of exhausting for her and dangerous for others.
