Haha, that's exactly what he is. Sure, Ink seems nice enough, but he's Chaotic Neutral by nature, and he doesn't even have a soul. The artificial emotions he gives himself with his colours are fake at best, and can never quite match the real deal, which is why he can seem somewhat unhinged and like a jerk most of the time.
And when he stops taking his colours...? Well, we're about to find out in Underverse. :'D
