Something that I spotted when I was watching an episode of Spider-Man: The Animated Series, which was perfect for a Demotivational Poster.Also if you want to know what it is, send me a note with "Spider-Man" as the subject and I'll tell you.
But no spoiling it in the comments, that's the only condition for learning the answer.

Not sure what I'm looking at here. Looks like a scorpion-shaped spider slayer leaving the Kingpin's tower, which happened often enough in the show. Can't see anything having to do with Venom. Could you send me a note please?

Well you managed to confuse me with that comment.
However, I will say that the image used is from the Spider-Man cartoon from the 90's and has not been altered, other then being screen capped and put in a motivational poster.
No copyright infringement was ever intended.
