Marker and color pencil.I almost tore this one up before it was finished 'cause I thought it wasn't turning out good. My sister's wound up thinking this was the best one out of the 4 I did. XD
He's a kid not a chibi.. around 6 or so, I know it wouldn't be good for a kid to be holding weapons, but I really wanted to draw them with their signature weapons.

Most likely, yeah.
Depends on if Splinter really sees it coming or not. Kids can turn and pow someone pretty quickly. Unless an adult is already wary, they can be caught off guard.
But, like I said, I'm sure Splinter would teach Raph *real* quick about whom he doesn't hit.
