This is my first work in this style so don't be so hard with your comments, if i will get any
(sorry anyway for my bad english)EDIT 18.11. added shadows (as requestet (thx!) ), rised contrast and slightly color change...

just absolutely beautifully composed
the image really draws you in
i really like the edge tension you have created very strongly on the left frame of the picture with the lightbulb
the use of half a face to intrigue, but almost full mouth to draw
the colors are not in such contrast as to be harsh, but easy on the eyes
i could go on but my computer has been randomly blue screening and i dont know when it might go next
so i will end with

yes 68 layers is tough work..i once my self did a project that took over 200 layers 
damn and they only gave me an A

cool, i like it alot. it shows great creativity, and of coure, awesome photoshop skills that i will never possess. like it alot, keep it up. and someone said it reminded htem of the song slavery by nin...it actually reminds me of the song "hell bent" by kenna. most depressing song/video ever

"Damaged Human Machine" is one of my newfound-favorites. Even though it's a bit of a change from alot of your other work, you really show your finesse (just like your other work) in capturing detail, whether it's a landscape, or a photomanipulation, you have a true, rare talent my friend. thank you so much for sharing this piece with me, i hope to see more-p.
