My vote goes to, no contest, small Tiny. Her design and size fit her name perfectly. She's cute and can even shrink in size, making her name even more literal.
Tall Tiny is a big mistake. Not only does her name no longer make sense, but she lost her tough girl personality and can't shrink anymore. What happened to the little Tiny?
