Isn't one of her powers on Lyoko Clairvoyance? So, yes; when Yumi says that she has a bad feeling about something, then it's probably a good idea to listen!

It was a few pages back (pg 16 & 17 I think). It was where she was saying she had a bad feeling about being on Lyoko and what was going on. Turns out, she was right.
