Howl from "Howl's moving castle" in his "dark form"
The conception of this cosplay photo-shoot was to show the other side of Howl. That he is not only cute nice blond boy, but at first place he is powerful sorcerer who made a deal with a demon. This is a transitional form from man to his bird form. Idea belongs to the model and was inspired by art she saw on the internet. Hair longer then in canon classic image, but again it's transitional form, they grow longer to become feathers. This departure from the canon was made on purpose.

That was interesting photo-shoot and cold and windy weather helped to get right mood. Model was freezing and the only thing that she wanted at that moment - was at least a little bit of fire. That helped to give the right emotion.

You may already know him from my previous cosplay photo-shoot were he was model and which brought us my 2nd Daily Deviation (09 May 2016).

THERE WERE NO STOCK USED ON THIS ONE. (Yet I took some pictures for other photos of this set, and will give proper credit if i'll submit them here. for example - i didn't have proper flames that I needed in my photos and used stock, or like i did for that gif animation above)
On this photo I've used about 6 different photos of fire made by me, my wife and my close friends (in period from 2008 to 2013. If you watch me for a quite a long time, you may have seen some them in my gallery, before I've cleaned it up in the beginning of this year). The central part that looks like fireball is made of 3 different parts of shots of fire (Polar Coordinates, Lens Distortion and etc were used). 3 other fire shot were used to make spurts of flame.

I've made a huge work here to make fire looks natural. It took many hours and actually was the first time me doing something like this, but it was needed for character and image integrity.
