Hmm, let's see, it's been a while since I painted this, but I do most of my work the same way, so here's the basic info:

-I do all of my digital work in Easy PaintTool SAI and Photoshop CS2
-The actual painting is done in SAI and color adjusting and other editing is done in Photoshop
-I just use the default brushes that come with SAI. I mostly use the brush, water and pen tools
-I make the textured look (like in the second pic from the bottom) by adding a separate file with the texture on a new layer and then adjusting that until I get the look I'm aiming for

and that's about it
