Oop, sorry about the late posting. I've been rather busy lately and I'm not sure if it's going to get any easier anytime soon... but here is a very wordless new page none the less!
I did redesign Elbrel's armor a bit since I wasn't happy how he looked in prologue. But I think that can be forgiven since there has been a two year time skip between teh prologue and chapter one and two.
(and hopefully eventually I will go back to redraw some old pages)

I honestly like the style and the silence of these panels are done well, I just assumed it was one of those client pages since I come across a lot of those through the Discover filter XD

Hmm. Gosh it's been a long time from that. I came up with the basic idea for the story in 2014. I saw a dream which basically was a very similar version to the prologue of the comic you see here.
First I only wanted to write the dream down but the more thought I put into it, I decided it was best if I drew a comic. Mostly because I had gotten attached to all the characters I made and I wanted to do them some justice.
And then finally, at the end of 2015 I decided I was ready to put my thoughts into actions.
Mainly I'm doing this project to get better at art and storytelling. It's a project I do for myself. But if other people get excited about it too, then that's just a huge plus ^^

Easy one is: I just kept on drawing what I liked and never stopped.
Honest one: The first one but also there was so much more. When I wasn't happy with my art I got so frustrated that I started furiously practicing how to make it better.
I never thought my skills were enough. They still aren't, there is much more room to improve. But that's the thing. Never give up and don't compare yourself too much to others.
Practicing also doesn't always include just mindless drawing every single day. It means you have to actively think what your are doing, why you are doing it, what mistakes have you made and how can you fix them.
Never be afraid to use real life references because how else would you know how things are supposed to look like if you can't watch them.
