Pretty nice. This arm with attached weapon reminds me of Vergil devil trigger with yamato from Devil May Cry 3.

Any similarities between this and that are either purely coincidental or due to similar influences. I chose the pose as a sort of "mirror" to the "other half" of this character (the featured art on my page).

Thanks, and yeah, I sort of got the idea from that. I was considering having it bolted to the arm in a different fashion, but it's kind of difficult to change it without taking into consideration of how Iaido is done properly.
