Yup, it's America from Axis Powers Hetalia~
And now it's his turn to be all punk rock and shtuff.
I drew this for the community because some people wanted to know what a punk rock America would look like, so I drew it~
I think this time era is where Elton John was knighted, David Bowie was at his most Amazing, and Billy Idol was just getting popular.

yeah, I got lazier with this one. The coloring was fun, even though I worked on it here and there thanks to the magical thing we all know as LIFE.
