This is really beautiful! The character himself is cute, of course, but the art is just overall wonderful too! I love how flowy and smooth it looks, with all of the swirls surrounding him and how everything looks to be blowing back and around him, including his own clothing. The economical use light blues definitely give that 'spirit' vibe, too, giving just a hint of color to make him look different.
