This was done way back in July 2011. Just re-uploading it here because I liked it a lot :3 This is Tavi, my character.Was done while listening to this song. Just a nice sounding song, unrelated to the picture xD Beirut is awesome.

I used Paint Tool SAI. I used the brush tool, with a few altered settings.
But its your own hands that make the art. You can achieve the same quality in any program, as long as you know how :]

I use also SAI, but i can do all kind styles with it. From anime styled to realistic ones.
