I am not posting this as an official critique, because I would not like for my comment to stand out in that way, but I will try to be appropriately elaborate about my feedback, because this art does deserve it. Since the colouring was done by another artist, I will focus on the line art only.
Konan is a character I always thought deserved more. More screen time, more things to do, more everything. She was a great, yet missed opportunity for the Naruto series, which is why I am sure many people still draw her to this day, you and I included, to do her justice.
Due to her heavy past, she was one of the more serious types, that hardly ever smiled, so I like it a lot that you tried to draw her expression true to her stern personality, while also clearly letting the embarrassment show on her face due to the rather erotic situation she is in, something she is probably very new to. A mix like that I imagine must have been rather difficult to engage, but you managed that part well.
Another thing I find incredible is your sense of depth in all of your works. Proportions naturally change when the angle does, or when one body part is further away from the viewer than another. That is something simple to everyone's understanding, but even for me it is still difficult to do correctly when I draw characters that have a more elaborate pose. My utmost respect for that, because when I look at your art, it seems like you have no problems at all.
Two small things I would like to address are the biggest toe of her right foot, because it looks a bit swollen compared to the other, and the second thing is Konan's fingernails, because its length gives off quite the Kaguya vibe. The latter is not so much an error as it is an artistic disagreement, because Konan often engaged in combat, and long nails never get along with that, so it looks a little off and unlike her.
But overall, even though I am not really into foot fetish, it is a well thought-out drawing. Perhaps you want to start getting into the colouring business for real at some point, too, because I personally have gained a much deeper understanding on how to improve on my drawings because I do both the line art and the colouring/shading etc., so maybe you want to keep that in mind for future projects.

I'm really glad you like how I do proportions. I try my best to make characters look as realistic as possible, even when their original design might not be like that. I might not always turn out good, but it's a constant among my art.Ā
Regarding the toe, it didn't really pass my mind. When I initially drew it I was trying to make it look like the base of the toe was crunching a bit. And yeah, I usually give the girls long nails because personally I find it a very feminine and nice look. She would definitely have some problems in combat with them though xDĀ
I've been thinking about getting into coloring. So far I've been doing small edits, but nothing spectacular. I'm still a long way from learning how to do fading effects and proper shading, but so far so good I guess.Ā
