At last!At last!
At damnly f*cking last!
I finished finally my half of extremely OLD art - trade with my old friend and great artist, .
Her half can be found here: lavalquiriadelviento.deviantar… She asked me then about drawing her Talespin OC, Ale, talking with well - known Rebecca Cunningham about her future job. But it wasn't a casual talk about NOTHING. This was seriously taken by both of the female partners JOB INTERVIEW.
So you see her lil' stressed out Ale, keeping nerves in control and Becky, concetrated in her CV and other paper stuff, which our female grey wolf brought up here.
Gosh, this pic was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Why? Because of the well - detailed background, which is one of the things I really HATE to do and it was then my pain in the ass. I enjoy rather drawing characters than backgrounds. But hey, no one can accuse me then of using screenshot from the show!
Let me remind how long I was doing that pic... Well, I was doing it for one DAMN year, including bachelor, studies and exams and all my shitty personal situation with my parents' divorce lawsuit. I had also recently reinstalled my Windows 7 system, because, all of the sudden, the programme controlling LTE internet modem in my laptop decided to commit suicide. :/
But now, I am highly satisfied of this pic. Blurring fan's movement in GIMP, adding lots of shadows, making gradient resembling sunset, warming and lightening whole pic, drawing background, using the screenshots from several Talespin episodes as the reference pics, etc. - this hard work was worth of it.
Becky came out suprisingly nice, even of the fact she wasn't drawn perfectly. The same about Ale
I added lil' detail, which was the lil' box of "Wellby's" cookies, which Becky would LOVE to eat (name created by myself).

Muszę przyznać, że wygląda to fenomenalnie i jest naprawdę warte Twojej pracy jaką włożyłaś t ten obrazek. Pozycje postaci wyglądają bardzo dobrze - trzymają się proporcji i tło jest jest bardzo ładne i szczegółowe. Podoba mi się też umieszczenie źródła światła po prawej stronie obrazka co daje efekt cienia po lewej stronie

Gdybyś widział szkic, jaki ja wtedy zrobiłam na szkicowniku, tobyś się za głowę złapał 
Tak zrobiłam z światłem, bo w budynku firmy Higher for Hire (PL "Lataj z Rebeccą") jest jedno okno - w tym samym miejscu są schody do pokoików na piętrze.
Zrobiłam tez ocieplenie obrazka i zastosowałam odcień pomarańczowy - tak jak jest z światłem zachodzącego słońca.
Żebyś wiedział, mój przyjacielu, ten pic będzie jednym z najbardziej zaawansowanych, jakie w ogóle robiłam. Zazwyczaj nie robię tak dokładnych teł, zwłaszcza dot. krajobrazów przyrodniczych, bo tam ssę. :/ Ale dzięki wielkie za ogromnie motywujący mnie komentarz do robienia lepszych dzieł.
Strach pomyśleć, że to samo mnie czeka w przyszłości, co Ale.

Ja miałam okazję się przekonać, uczestnicząc na ćwiczeniach z komunikacji interpersonalnej symulację rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej.
Zaś mój chłopak ma mało szczęścia z pracą, bo akurat nie chcą go przyjąć, bo znajomi urzędnicy wylecieliby z pracy :/

Well cunning can be a good thing or a bad thing.
One of mine was a bully who insulted my disabilities and broke employment laws and the current is just cold.

Great history!
It's an elite military unit (stands for Special Air Service) in the British and many Commonwealth nations, I'm a New Zealander and I meant ours as we're one of the few who allow women in all jobs in the military. It first formed in WW2 and there were many Pole's in it who played a major part in it's forming.
They are expected too get the job done with only a knife and a bit of string!

Because of the extremeness of Baloo's slackness.
Air cargo services of their sort are rather on and off business as seen in the show but Baloo seems too be always on the off and she has too go far too pull him through (I'd do it with a shotgun!), she is really quite easygoing in the long run, just when the heat is on she is on fire... I'd love a person like her as a boss.
