p.s. can i ask what do you use to draw those kinds of pictures? some program or is it hand drawing? and if it is hand drawing, how do you do it, thanks for the answer

Usually starts as a sketch in photoshop - as if it was a traditional drawing. Then I simply colour it using various digital brushes and effects.
Some drawings (this one included) actually start as pencil sketches that are then translated to digital sketches.
