First off, idea of him and his story came to me while I was snoozing XD
Then, yes, his name is really Number 37, but friends call him Benny.
His markings are EXACTLY same on both sides. That has a reason.

He is a dog, but I wont tell you which breed.
And finally, his eye are very clear color, its not normal.
