Description

Now, I'm not very familiar with Fate -series, but I do know that true to it's name, the Berserker class usually relies on brute strength above all else. And I do know one who would fulfill that role - Demi-fiend from Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. Though his exact ability stats depend on the choices made by the player, his unique abilities seem to imply a heavy focus towards physical strength and brute force.

There are also the facts that

1) Although he is silent in the game itself, many adaptations and other games often depict him with a very fight-happy personality.

2) It's implied that there are/have been several incarnations of him in different worlds, including some in which he ended up dead, which would make him summonable as a Servant.
