Now this should be an interesting matchup. Two fighters who both possess superhuman strength, speed and durability. In his prime, All Might would probably take this fight easily. But it's more interesting with All Might post-first battle with All For One.
On the other hand, though it isn't directly stated or shown in the game, apparently Armstrong's nanomachines consume a great deal of energy and can't last forever. Also, while they increase his durability to superhuman levels, there's still a limit to the amount of damage he can tank.
So the outcome of this fight more or less comes to the question: ''Who will outlast who?''
