Description

With the animated series of Invincible being in season nowadays, I came up with a little crossover story.

In this universe, both All Might and All For One are in reality Viltrumites sent onto the Earth of My Hero Academia. Similarly to Omni-Man, their mission is to ensure that the Earth's transition to the Viltrumite Empire will go smoothly. The two arrive on the planet during turbulent times when the number of Quirks is growing among mankind, creating unrest and turmoil. Despite their shared mission, the two eventually become split by disagreements over the methods of expansion. All Might grew sympathetic of humans and would rather have the Earth become a part of the empire without or with minimal bloodshed. Which is why he wanted to become a champion for the people of Earth, to show what they could be at their best. At the same time, he's somewhat hesitant to bring Viltrum's 'survival of the fittest' -ideology to the world.

All For One scoffed at All Might's misguided idealism. He saw the humans as little more than high quality breeding stock for the Viltrumites to replenish their numbers and is far more devoted to the social darwinistic ideology of Viltrum. Realising he couldn't stop the growing number of Quirks, All For One proceeded to artificially create his signature Quirk, to steal the Quirks from any humans who could potentially be powerful enough to threaten Viltrum's invasion, and also because he anticipated that the disagreement between him and All Might would sooner or later lead to a full-blown fight. Unfortunately, his carelessness led to the creation of One For All, which meant the Earth would soon be home to two unusually powerful Viltrumites.

During his time of interacting with humans, All Might and Inko Midoriya fell in love and eventually married. Unfortunately, All Might had to leave the relationship while Izuku was still a baby, out of fear that he would make Inko and Izuku targets for All For One. But he promised Inko that he would watch over Izuku when the time would be right.

In Izuku's case, his Viltrumite powers don't manifest early, which leads to everyone believing he's one of the Quirkless. His early life is mostly similar to the original manga, with Deku being completely oblivious to his powers. Until one day Bakugo took his bullying too far by making extremely rude remarks about Izuku's mother. This was finally enough to anger Izuku to the point he punched Bakugo square in the chest.

To the shock and horror of both boys, Izuku's punch sent Bakugo flying and rendered him paraplegic. The incident caught the attention of All Might, who revealed Izuku his true heritage. He made Izuku his heir and instructed him to join UA High to become a hero of the people. However, All Might couldn't bring himself to reveal the true purpose of his presence on Earth to Izuku yet.

As expected, the incident led to Bakugo resenting Izuku far more than ever before, despite Izuku's attempts to make amends and All Might personally paying for his treatment. Katsuki (correctly) suspects that there's more to Izuku than he's telling him. The suspicions are only fueled by Katsuki's bitterness at being denied his own hero career, likely forever, and after watching enough news broadcasts, coming to the conclusion that there's something going on between Deku and All Might. Bakugo seeks to find out whatever it is and expose it to the entire world someday.
