  The fifth Rider, Kamen Rider Engine. This Rider is themed Vehicles and machines. He is the first cyborg Rider in this universe. He is a guinea pig who escaped from the secret organization, Neo Underground. The user's name is Brian Ross. Engine transforms with Machine Belt and Chip Key.

  Neo Underground is a secret organization whose name is taken from the secret organization Underground (Kamen Rider Batta). They gathered some of the previous Rider's enemies who had survived and created artificial creatures they called mutants. But seeing the defeat of the previous Rider's enemies, they make a fight that has the same power as Kamen Rider called the Fighter Engine. They plan to kidnap several people, then operate them into brainwashed cyborgs.

Brian Ross(Brian) is a very bright student, he was even offered to enter some of the best universities in the world. He refused and chose to pursue his hobby, motorcycle automotive. Because of his intelligence, he was kidnapped and made a Cyborg by the Neo Underground. He also became a Fighter Engine.

  Hearing the revival of the Underground, Ifan, Arken, Aris and Kenzaki devise a plan to face the Neo Underground. They were assisted by Vian and Naoto as additional strength. They then faced a great battle. In the midst of the battle, the Kamen Rider Engine appears to help the previous riders. After that, he received the title as the fifth Kamen Rider.

Brian Ross/Brian, 24 years old

  Brian is a quiet young man who also speaks very little, but he really cares about other people. He is also one of the brightest students in the world. His intelligence makes Neo Underground kidnap him and become their mainstay fighter. But before accepting the first mission, he ran away. And after hearing the previous Rider's fight, he came to help.

  This Rider is inspired by Drive and Showa Rider in general. Engine is the second blue Rider after Reozi. Engine is also the first cyborg Rider.
