Kurayami is one of the top brass of the Neo Underground. Has abilities above the average human. He can also transform into his kaijin form, Dragoness. He makes Brian as his eternal rival.

Shadow Moon is the main inspiration for Kamen Rider Shadow. Shadow's ability is actually equal to Engine, but with all the experience and strength of General Kurayami is able to overwhelm the Engine.
