Yuki Joji was raised by the Destron organization. He is very intelligent and dedicated to the organization that cares for him. Even though he grew up in an evil organization, he still has kindness in his heart.

Joji secretly helps people to evacuate in case of an attack from the monster Destron. People call him Riderman. This was known by one of Destron's top brass who was jealous and hated him, Yoroi. He then made a tactic so that his actions were known by Destron members. When Joji saves someone, it turns out to be a trap from Yoroi. Joji was then tried and punished by crushing his right arm. After that, he will be pardoned if he performs surgery to become a Cyborg. He also agreed.

Since becoming a Cyborg named Destron Borg, he has become a rival of V3. Several times he beat V3. Once when he and the monster Destron attack V3, the monster's attack misses the target on a child. Without realizing it, Joji's body moves on its own to protect the child. The kid thanks him and calls Joji "Riderman". It made his heart flutter and helped V3 defeat the Destron monster. From then on he became V3's partner and was named the fourth Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider Rider-Man.

Since his right hand was destroyed, Joji replaces it with a robotic arm that can change into weapons or other devices.
