That's because the pattern on it is practically identical. He's making a whole new game and yet... Most pokemon I've seen here are copies or he claims to have purchased them from another deviant who made her own original pokemon.

I see a lot good work here with the electricity effects in the body and tail but It's pose is kind of off-putting.
I only say that because of how the right leg is tuning to kind of face you but then the other leg is focused on the "player" so to speak. Another thing i see that is a little bit off is the right arms being so noodle-like. Other than that i see some really good work of a sprite on a really cool fake!!

~ Just wondering though, maybe you'd want to either make the neck right below the head wider, or make the head smaller? The proportions look a little off, but maybe thats just me
