Soooo I had this idea of making a sort of a playlist of myself - you know, songs that define me, that make me happy, that I play when I'm sad, or whatever else
Sooo this concept was born! If you're bored, have a listen! Thee's a bunch of genres here <3
And if you like any of the songs I've listed, then make your own playlist!

"When You Were Young" - The Killers
My themesong of I don't know how many years now xD Even now it makes me smile. When I was younger I was pretty unpopular, and so obsessed with the idea of finding a nice guy who'd love me and who I could love and all that jazz. I've moved on past that particular need (and have an awesome boyfriend who is amazing) but even now this song makes me smile.
It's me.
"Tubthumping" - Chumbawumba
This is actually one I inherited from my dad! This is the song I play if I need a bit of a pick-me-up or boost. I never fail to belt the lyrics out if I hear it come on. My friends hate this song, fair warning!
"Alegria" - Cirque du Soleil
Was in love with this song ever since the first time I heard it. It's musical and enchanting and it sounds like everything good in the world. Yes, I sing this too.
"Be My Escape" - Relient K
Ah, the anthem of my teenage years xDDD Still love this song.
"Sound of Silence" - Simon and Garfunkel
This song... always makes me feel really maudlin and sad. Like, in a good way. It's like a nostalgic, sad feeling. Beautiful song.
"Charlie Brown" - Coldplay
I love Coldplay in general. But the way this song in particular sounds just appeals to me
It's not one of their best songs, not by a long shot. Nonetheless..."Nuvole Bianche" - Ludovico Einaudi
There are no words for how absolutely breathtaking this song is. Just... just listen... go, shhhh.
"Sweet Child o' Mine" - Guns n Roses
Ahhh, a classic! Haha. Good song to play when I'm in a good mood and just want to sing. Yes, I belt it out in the shower. I ain't afraid to admit it.
"King and Lionheart" - Of Monsters and Men
My love affair with this band started with Little Talks, and continued on to this track. To be honest, the first few times I heard this, I really didn't like it. But I tried it a few more times and now it's one of my favourites <3 I just love how... I don't even know how to explain this group's sound. Fantasy pop? Haha.
"Team" - Lorde
Now to be perfectly honest honest, I'm not a fan of Lorde. I do, however, rather like this song.
"Adiemus" - Adiemus
Another one inherited from my dad. He had the whole album of this composer, and we used to play it in the car all the time. And I loved this song. It just stirred the imagination so well - the lack of lyrics probably added to that. I always imagined some really epic, strong black stallion running whenever I heard this song.
"Good Life" - One Republic
Feel good, weekend morning song. Can never go wrong with this one.
"Gone, Gone, Gone" - Phillip Phillips
Loved this song from the first time I heard it. It's like... a song I connect to really easily. Like, I can imagine singing this to anybody I love, haha.
"Nagada Sang Dhol" - Ramleela
Now this is a bit random, since I don't even watch Hindi movies, haha (though I can't say the same for me mum ~__~)
But yeah, I love how this song sounds, it's so passionate <3 The dancing only makes it better ;D
"Derniere Danse" - Indila
Oh the pent up emotion. I absolutely love this song, and figured it was a good place to end this. Final dance, indeed
So yeah, obviously these aren't the only songs I listen to or love, but I thought this'd be a good condensed list

AHHH I love The Sound of Silence....but then I'm a hippy through and through so I have a fondness for alot of the music that came out in the late sixties, early seventies XD. But that is one of my favs! love Simon and Garfunkle in general really XD
