Looks like someone removed the roof from the back compartiment of an Citroën 2CV van, removed it from the chassis and placed that body to an existing 4x4 agricultural vehicule. Interesting critter anyway!
Edit: Took a closer look to the suspension and it really seems to be a 2CV! But the only 4x4 2CV was the so called Sahara with two engines (one for the front and one for the back axle), but this vehicule seems to have only one front engine. Strange! Maybe it's the chassis from a Citroën Mehari 4x4, which had a conventional four wheel drive and shares the suspension with the Citroën Dyane. The Dyane was planned to replace the 2CV and shares with it the most of the body design and the suspension system. It was also a bit bigger.

It was written "Acadiana" in the rear. It looks more like a Dyane than a 2CV. What's strange is that high suspension chassis, certainly a homemade hybrid

But the Dyane had built in headlights, while this thing has the typical pole mounted lights of the 2CV. Maybe it has a bit of everything!
