I knew I wanted to use this exact base for her as soon as I started working on the tapestries. The only problem was... I had to draw a LOT of the anatomy myself, more specifically the lower body. I was expecting to take forever to get that lookin normal, but I was surprised at how easily I managed to do it! Anyways, here's Nephele's tapestry for your viewing pleasures~ I'm having a very hard time finding backgrounds for these xD Also, finally a design for her wand!
