Don't remember the stone's name
But it looks nice XD. The rest is all silver. These earrings took me a loook of time and work.

I have some things made with this stone, I think it's a synthetic, but it's such a lovely fresh green leaf color. All of mine have gold or brass, I love the silver with it. So ethereal.

Aj bo kurde to takie wszystko małe, że nie potrafiłam czasem drutu wykręcić w ogóle. Chyba muszę bazy robić twardszym drutem...

Bazy rób drutem 0,8mm najlepiej, a owijkę 0,4mm.

Swego czasu też owijałam drutem 0,2 mm czy 0,25 mm. Tutaj problem nie w tym, że krzywe, lecz niestarannie owinięte, bo im cieńszy drut, tym więcej precyzji potrzeba, by były idealnie owinięte. Jedno owinięcie przy drugim, taki ścisk. No i jak drut cieńszy, to łapka się bardziej gimnastykuje i jest to bardziej pracochłonne, a efekt prawie niewidoczny. Ja tam wolę grubsze druty, masywniejsza biżuteria wtedy powstaje. Mam nadzieję, że ten wywód Ci jakoś pomoże.

Ze spiralkami to jest tak, że najlepiej owijać do momentu, zanim się zaczną lub ozdobników nie wrappować tylko na przykład wymłotkować lub tak zostawić. Oczywiście, można próbować, to też kwestia wprawy. Ale warto sobie te "spiralki" do owijania zostawić na moment, gdy już owijanie mniej skomplikowanych kształtów będzie bardziej wypracowane.

To żadna fachowa terminologia. Młotkować, czyli uderzać młotkiem, by drut stał się twardszy i bardziej płaski.

A no takie druty kanciaste. Są różne rodzaje drutów - takie normalne okrągłe i są też takie, które mają w przekroju kształt kwadratu. W sklepie raz widziałam prostokątne, ale baardzo grube takie bardziej na pierścionki. Kradratowe widziałam tylko na zdjęciach z wyrobami wire-wrappingu.

Limestone isn't yellow? This stone is light blie and a little bit of green. Like the colour of early morning sky. Damn I hate my memory... How am I gonna promote these earrings if I don't remember what stone is it? ;_;
