Yes! I took the quiz, and got seer of form but I wanted a canon title, so I had to pick between the next few... Light, Mind and Time. I really didn't have much of a choice there X)

XDD All I I have ever gotten is Maid or Knight of Heart depending if I chose to have gender specific titles or not XD

There's one on tumblr somewhere - it has you take several different tests (all of those weird personality tests) to determine it.
